About Leah
Leah Saidy Storm has always been fascinated by growth.
As a classroom teacher, gifted education coordinator, curriculum designer, museum founder, and lifelong learner, she has spent more than 30 years exploring one fundamental question: How do we keep curiosity alive once mastery has been reached?
That question has shaped every chapter of her career, from helping build Tulsa's Discovery Lab children's museum to designing inquiry-based curriculum, coaching educators, identifying and developing gifted learners, and leading professional learning for schools and conferences. Along the way, she has discovered that the most meaningful learning happens when educators intentionally create opportunities for learners to continue growing beyond expectations.
The Learning Continuum brings together the experiences, insights, and passions that have defined Leah's career. Through consulting, coaching, professional learning, parent education, and enrichment programs, she partners with schools, educators, families, and organizations to cultivate curiosity, develop talent, and design learning experiences that challenge every learner, not just those who are struggling, but also those who are ready for more.
Leah holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Gifted Education and Talent Development from the University of Connecticut and has served in leadership roles across public education, nonprofit organizations, and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. Her work is grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens when learning extends beyond proficiency and continues throughout a lifetime.
Mastery isn't the finish line. It's the starting point for deeper thinking, greater creativity, and continued growth.
